Encapsulation
Different to other manufactures that use vacuum impregnation, our transformers are encapsulated with low-pressure injection of thermosetting epoxy resin. This technology is also currently used in the automotive industry for constructing ignition coils of internal-combustion engines. The advantages achieved simplify the production process, ensure excellent mechanical and thermal resistance, improve finishing and appearance of the transformer, make heat dissipation extremely effective and offer very high dielectric properties. This technology, upgraded over the years, and combined with the evolution of the materials used, has enabled us to manufacture - ten years before our competitors - the Series "E" transformers which are produced and sold successfully to many leading companies.
