Final Testing
All our transformers undergo strict final testing before being packed in order to ensure trouble-free operation and almost unlimited durability for the transformers that pass the test.

The tests concern:
1. Resistance of primary circuit
2. Resistance of secondary circuit
3. Ground continuity: Rmax < 0.1 Ohm; I min. 10 A
4. Breakdown strength: 2E + 1000 V
5. Insulation: at 500V Rmin.>20 Mohm
6. Test of armature: 1.5E 100 Hz; I max. = 0.2 x rated I
7. Vacuum test: magnetization Io; secondary voltage in kV
8. Short-circuit test: rated I in A; secondary rated I in mA.
