Automatic control for gas burners with ignition and flame detection integrated

It allows the control of a single direct ignition burner till 350kW, with flame detection integrated (single electrode) or separate electrode.
i-GAS  can freely fit to many different application conditions thanks to its easy programmability.
Some parameters are factory settled and password protected, directive compliant, others are customizable following customer’s needs.

Advanced self diagnostic system

An advanced self diagnostic system provide through an alphanumeric display all information about the cycle, lock causes, eventual applied
device’s failures, or burner’s failures.
The reset push button, and its warning light, can be remoted through a socket connection.

Easy serviceability

The ignition transformer provide a high energy spark that warrant the ignition in every situation.
It is possible to use the same ignition electrode both to make ignition and flame readings. For ionization, or with a separate electrode
(dedicated), plugging it directly to the control device socket.  The socket give to the device easy serviceability, allowing quick plug/unplug

Total Control

i-GAS  represents the burner’s supervisor being active all the time the power is on, even when the thermo switch do not require heat.

All connected devices are monitored all the time, even in stand by condition.

Any uneven failure might be detected before power heat is demanded by the thermo switch.

The circuit configuration allows the manufacturer to simplify cable harness of burners main case.
